Can you recreate it? How often has the bug been reproduced? Do you have video or a picture? Tried deleting game data and reinstalling but to no avail.

Sadly the fix is to create a new PSN account. I don't know if its some server issue on there end from past my player's or what, but I cant justify paying for ps plus for a year just to play this game on a separate account.
